HERNDON
HELPING HANDS

OUR MISSION.

At The Herndon Helping Hands Foundation, our mission is to empower communities to overcome food scarcity while promoting education, tools for better health and wellness, and fostering physical activities, with a strong focus in sports. We have been inspired by cities like Chattanooga, Jacksonville, Nashville and Detroit. These places have been a part of Tre’s story and have been contributors to his dream career as a professional athlete.Tre’s career has provided him with the opportunity to advocate and impact different underfunded communities.

Our goal is to alleviate food insecurity and promote holistic well-being by addressing the root causes of hunger, empowering individuals with knowledge and resources, and fostering community collaboration. We believe that by tackling food scarcity, promoting education, and encouraging physical activities, we can create positive and sustainable change that uplifts individuals, families, and entire communities. We are dedicated to inspiring the youth to become agents of positive change and leaders in creating a healthier, more vibrant future.

Our efforts will be utilized by offering a comprehensive range of tools, services and programs, we aim to address the multifaceted challenges faced by our target population and create lasting impact within our communities. At Herndon Helping Hands, we hope to aid these communities in providing resources where every individual has access to nutritious food, education, and opportunities for physical activity, leading to enhanced health, well-being, and a brighter future for all. We believe we can create measurable impact, drive systemic change, and build a healthier, more resilient community where everyone can thrive.
